Since when I start feel that I'm not the original me...where am I?

I've been having high fever and flu so many days...

my mind is so blur and I even feel like I'm floating when I walk sometimes.

 

However, I have just change my job and now I'm working in a Singaporean company in KL.

The boss said according to Singapore rules, there is no medical claim and medical leave during probation,

if I take MC, it will be considered as unpaid leave. 

 

As I'm a stubborn person, I don't want to let them deduct my salary. So I decided to go to work even when I was having high fever. I don't know how I passed so many days...

There is some moment, I feel like I may be dying...
